I have been awake for a couple of hours already and I'm just taking a break for a cuppa before carrying on.

Work for me today & tonight I'm taking The Bitch to the Sabres game :)

Sun is just coming up here but I've yet to make it out of bed. I have this distant memory when I was single, thin, lonely and slept in each morning. Now I'm chubby, happy and sleep deprived.

Busy day of updates, errands, return to the gym and picking up decorations for tomorrow's night Ghosts & Goblins Halloween paddle.

Oddly that sounds like a lot more fun :)

I am so tired, we have a late morning doctor visit and afternoon visit with the team trainer. My son is out for tonight's game and he is so pissed. First playoff game of his senior year and he is out! |banghead|

Good morning all!

Good afternoon all:) its 3:05 midday here and a temp of C13 with wind...the wind makes it colder outside, but we have sun!

I had my share for this day, i went in the pool this morning with an outside temp of C8 and a watertemp of C9|shocking|..i had to, i wanted to clean the bottom and all with a broom, oke it took me 35 minutes to get in it...i can tell you, it wasnt fun at ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLL! But i manage to get the algies of the bottom and the side things in the pool, so with a bit of luck (why luck, well the water looked more clean, but after i used the broom it was totally green again) and alot of pumping the dirt will get out, then i can empty the pool for a big part, then some other chemicals in it and the winter deck on it and taaaadaaaaaaa...done!:D Easy said then done, btw:)! Oh and it took about 1 hour after being out of the pool , that i had some feeling back in my legs, ass and belly|shocking|.
Planning some time with the hubby and our son this weekend, the daughter will be hanging in walibie world with her friend, joining the halloween party there.
This eve it will be networking and some relaxing!

Good morning. Some work today. Was going to be playing golf this afternoon. However, my friend's father in law I guess has become really ill and he is flying to San Fran today to possibly say good bye. Sad. So most likely I'll just end up goofing off watching loads of tv shows and movies.

Right now I'm watching the first episode of Modern Family. omg if it continues at this pace I'll be adding it to the regular viewing. Good stuff.

Now time to do more web building. tgif.
