So How's Everyone Doing With The New Max Cash?
 

Last pay period I was converting 1:400 - so far this pay period it's 1:773 - granted, it is only 2-1/2 days, but I think it's a cause for concern.

Also, how many of you redirected the old links to the new sites? I'm really surprised that they even gave people this option after the crappy results we all saw from ARS. Plus, it's hard to sell the surfer on looking at one site & then redirecting them to a site of a different name & quite possibly, a different niche.

I should also mention that I haven't gotten any links up yet to the new sites, but I will be getting them in there in the next week or so.

I just have a lot of old links up to them. I did just login and choose to redirect any traffic to their new sites. Not sure if this was a good idea but seeing as I don't make much money with them anyway I figure it couldn't hurt. At this time I don't plan on actively promoting their new stuff but maybe in the future I may decide to.

Well - my conversions were a little worse than yours before - around 1:1000 but I sent them a good 75-80k a month.
So far this month with the classic sites Im 1:3600 with the same traffic - of course they've stopped the $2.95 trials so the sales Ive gotten so far are full monthly signups.
The new Diamond sites I just put up links to - Ill let you know in a few days - also started generating some traffic for them with free/tgp sites. Will have to see how the new price point for the trials on those work :)


added - at least when you redirect with them the For Women site doesnt redirect :) - it stays going to the Classic site

I avarage between 6 to 8 signups a day with them

I did 1 yesterday and have 0 today

My main complaint is that they've abandoned the alternate tours and reverted back to the really old, awful originals.

I mainly promote Just for Ladies, and when I started sending traffic to their fabulous alternate tour it doubled my signups. Now it's back to the dark, dingy, extremely 80s looking version, and I expect sales to halve.

The problem is, I suspect, that the alterntate tours had the $2.95 price on them. Still... how hard can it be to change a few psd files???

I have the same problem as Tommy. Signup ratio dropped hard with Karas Adult Playground. I doubt it is any usefull to keep promoting them for us.

It appears I'm in the same boat as alot of you. Kara's has always been a strong seller for me. I've gone from 1:120 in July to 1:218 as of today. Some of you may think that's not bad, but that means half the sales and at $35 a pop instead of the $42 I was getting (both bonuses every month). I tried the X Hardcore Porn diamond site in place of the Kara's ad and the ads for it are not as high pulling and the conversion was even worse. Revenue predictions with Maxcash for August are 25% of July's.

At this point I'm pretty disheartened with it all.

If I just go to the stats, I show 4 signups.

If I go to "referring" I show 8508 hits

If I go to "details" I show 3891 hits (using the "all together" options for the account names)

Does "referring" show 1st page hits & "details" show 2nd?

After three days sending to the classic sites Im 1:4225 with primarily SE traffic - and thats not just one sale - just all of the sales averaged over all of the Classic sites
For Karas - 1:772 so far this month - last month 1:563

For the Diamond sites - so far 1:928 on one site
0 on the rest

Overall 1:3877 for all sites this month so far
Last month 1:1006 overall


I'm giving it a few more days to turn around although I don't think there's any heavy scrubbing or any other anomolies going on right now based on other sponsors sales.

GreenGuy - the referring stats show incoming hist for the last 7 days - each new day, the oldest day falls off.

So that, right now, is including July hits as well. Right now you have 4308 hits for August. We count first page unique ONLY.

ya know most programs would cut off their right nut to have their banners running on Persian Kitty, World Sex, Tommys Bookmarks, Link O Rama and lets not forget Linkster who is a Search Engine genius and max cash is just throwing that away

anytime i see a turn-around like that, i drop the sponsor down to a very low percentage of my advertising traffic. I sill send some traffic, incase they do start to sell again. but with all the sponsor programs out there, why should i throw my money away on a program that is just not converting.

and with this widespread consensus i would say it's time to move traffic elsewhere.

we did redirect the old links to the new non console tours, plus we do have some traffic going staight to the new tours...

1 sale off 2700 hits so far.

Well I have to say, that even since the changes my ratios are steady/unchanged. So the change has made no difference to me...

Well, I seem to be getting similar results as everyone else...

I decided not to redirect, just to see how the sales went, and I have to say NOT so good |sad|

In July, I sent 51,742 hits, and converted at 1:638
August so far: 7,021 hits, conversion of 1:1404

...and, if this keeps up, there will be no more nice 10% bonus to look forward to either.

If this keeps up, I'll be moving my traffic to the other sponsors I promote (it's good to be diversified) :)

Gotta say I'm about 2 days from changing out all my MC link codes. This is ridiculous 0 sales...Peace MC it's been nice but it's time to part.

Well, today is the day I get rid of my MC links, still no sales and over 6,000 hits sent...Used to be at least 1:600. Thanks greenguy for the stats, I think orgasmcash looks promising.

I'm with you, Willy...For August my Uniques EPC is $0.01, while for Jan 04 - Jul 04 is was around $0.06. My links to MC are being pulled now.

Its been close to a month since the last post in this thread. How has everyone been doing with Maxcash? Are ratios still crappy and generally worse than before they changed over to their new stats system?

For me:

July converted 1:400

August converted 1:1078

August was about 1/5th the revenue of July, but I did cut down the traffic by about 1/2.

I no longer promote them. The little traffic I sent them from links I didn't feel like changing earned me almost nothing.

If that 1:1078 ratio is from LL/Freesite/SE traffic, then thats pretty bad.

I dont promote Maxcash anymore because my SE traffic was consistently converting at over 1:1000 with them.

My ratio for August was 1:1800 - I cut my traffic mid month, the only hits coming in were from links I couldn't be bothered changing.

July 1:410 avg 4.2 signups/day
August 1:433 avg 0.4 signups/day
