Saturday 2021-04-24 aka Warm Weather?

It's supposed to get up into the mid 60s (18c) today & high 70s (25c) by midweek, so hopefully my solar panels will be, as The Bitch puts it: "Making some tricery!"

No plans other than work & hockey for me today...and tomorrow. I do lead an exciting life!

Up early and going to work for about 4-5 hours before I have to check out, then I need to get the wife at the airport early afternoon as she is flying in today |smooch| and we'll be changing hotels. Nothing else planned otherwise. We'll likely go to a nice dinner somewhere, which will be a change from where I eat when here alone :D

We have cooler weather than normal still going on here which is kinda nice.

Later we are going to meet up with out son for a going away dinner. He is getting divorced and decided to go hang out with a friend in another state for 3 or 4 months, since he can work remotely, to help get over the situation instead of just moving into another apartment by himself. I have a feeling he may stay there as it is much cheaper to live, that is along as the company does not mind him being there permanently instead of here.

Until then it will be some biz stuff and that's about it.

Working on taxes this weekend as the Canadian deadline for filing is Friday. Luckily, we can download most of our data off the Canada Revenue Agency site so it makes much simpler and accurate. It's a nice day so I hope there'll be time for a walk at the end of the day.
