Well, I woke up before 5am this morning and couldn't get back to sleep so here I am. I've got a couple of Zooms today but other than that my day is free. I guess I'll head back to the gym where I've not been the last while.

I popped up at 330 AM wide awake & ready for the day. I think the new |loony| meds are working |thumb

We're having the girls & my niece over for Turkey Day - I think there's 7 of us total - but of course The Bitch is cooking for an army (2 full turkeys AND a ham?!) so my kitchen is a trainwreck.

I'm gonna hide in my office & work. Have to run my niece's BF to therapy later.
