Stomach is a little gurgly. Mood is complete shit.

My depression hit me in the face like a 2x4 yesterday.

Just gonna work today, as that's the best distraction for me.

I've been trying the same tactic. Facebook off, music up as loud as possible, head down, fingers on the keys. Somehow, some way, we will get through this.

Music does help sometimes, but it can also take me out of a good mood if I hear any number of tunes that remind me...

I just can't tolerate gluten. Fuck. I've been eating whatever I wanted since Christmas and I just feel awful. Yesterday, no bread or anything else with gluten and I'm feeling okay today. I know what I have to do, I just don't want to do it. I'm a moron.

Working today on my authority site. Probably a movie tonight.
