I take all this back:

I searched one of our models & found 38 copies of the same full-length scene on the 1st 2 pages of results. I submitted THAT URL & asked them to remove all of the scenes. They replied & requested that I send in the individual URLs - ALL FUCKING THIRTY EIGHT - in a list & they'd remove them.

This is when I got Takedown Piracy involved. I thought I had a good working relationship with their account rep where everyone could work together to remove & prevent our content from being on their servers. This is when their (all my personal opinion) snarky smart-ass lawyer got involved. He was angry that Takedown Piracy had contacted the account rep instead of him personally. He wrote us a strongly worded letter|lol|

Anyone that knows me...

Let's just say their affiliate account has been terminated & I will let the lawyers & legal people handle why so much of our copyrighted content is illegally on their servers.

I am sorry to hear that. I was hoping to start something with them. They make insane amounts of money I am told.

They send decent traffic but they're one of the worst pirates for uploads. They respect DMCAs so that's good but eventually, especially with the Pornhub/Visa ruling, these companies/guys will need to stop with unverified user uploaded content.

And if you're not aware of the Pornhub/Visa ruling, Visa tried to remove themselves from a 500 million dollar lawsuit naming them and Pornhub as being complicit with "allowing" underage videos to be uploaded to Pornhub and ad revenue earned when watching them and downloading. It's just a matter of time, "they" go after ALL of these "user uploaded" places, it's IMPOSSIBLE to police that illegal or underage content is not being uploaded. Maybe even OnlyFans, who knows for sure |huh

Somebody in the dmca biz told me spankbang makes $2500 a day for each video on the front page. I can see why they are slow to act.

The visa case has been interesting to follow. I can't see them getting removed since plaintiff's lawyers told the court they reached out to MG and Visa and told them of their 13 year old client's videos up. No action taken by either party. I hope we see hard time for the defendants.

They've made almost a sale/day with the 2 sites in POV Porn Cash. There's currently (still) 3 of our legal vids on the index (out of 10) & Ramster's 3 stolen vids are still there too :(
