Well, no fancy shmancy big city digital scale or any kind of many-many-megapixel camera here (or even enough light in the bathroom it seems), but you can put me down at about 210 from what I can see.

(Why does the weight change when you bend down to take a pic?
I get about half-a-pound lighter.)

my goal would be to get down to 125lbs i would LOVE 120lbs but to be realistic 125 works for me.

Ok, at this moment I oficially weigh 90,3 kg and that would be 198.66 lbs but from what I've seen wieght may differ up to 2-3 kgs (4-6lbs) during the day so I belive it would be fair to do first (and each following) weight check in the morning

I'd picked the darker 'variation' in Photoshop's ImageReady so it wouldn't look so washed out.
Otherwise that was about how it started. :D

No pic yet, but my start is 113kgs/248.6 lbs - that was my weight last friday a week ago..

Wondering how you have your monitor calibrated... I had to open your image in Photoshop just to be able to see anything beyond the outlines of your toes.

Well I have to figure out tomorrow how to get me in the picture, lol. Sure can't get my feet, maybe I can point at the scale. My starting weight is 180.

Well here is mine the scale only goes to 300 lbs but it went past it and stopped at 80 lbs past it so I am thinking 380 lbs

either that or you have to lose 8 lbs to win.

OH MY. Last night was taco Tuesday. I can't seem to find the scale. Must be packed up somewhere. I'll go to the store and get one.
