Up and working away here in Nova Scotia. My Dad lives on a lake so it's a nice view each morning but today its raining and warm. Have to take my Dad to the hospital now for his scheduled bone scan then back home in a few hours and likely work most of the day off and on. Have a good day |thumb

2nd day of waking up, taking all my meds, and going back to bed for 1-2 hours. It seems to be working |thumb

I watched ZERO football yesterday! Spent the day running errands with The Bitch.

Not much to report here. I made it to the gym this morning for the first time in a long time. Now, I'm at my desk for the remainder of the day.

Good Morning :)

Back seems to be doing a bit better as I can sit in the recliner and watch tv for a couple of hours before feeling I need to be laying flat in bed. Also have been able to put on socks standing up the last 2 days versus sitting in a chair, pulling foot up so heel is locked onto the end of chair to get them on. These sound like little improvements but they are HUGE to me. Hopefully I won't do anything stupid and go backwards.

Have a back treatment in a few hours. Other than this I'll be laying on my back working.
