MOnday, June 21th (Summer is here, or so they say :-D )

It's been pretty hot for a while. But today, when the summer has started, it's quite cold actually. Not that this is a complaint, this apartment is not the best place to be on warm summer days anyways.

Been working since I got up and will continue to do so.

|dog is bored, but she will get a good walk later today. I'm on a diet, y know :-p

Went to my niece's for Father's Day & it was nice. I even managed to cut myself off the |cheers| and go home by 5 |thumb

The Bitch went to visit our friend in the hospital and we hope it's the pain meds, because he's not with it :( He's now got his phone, so he's called her twice since she was there, the last at 3AM, to ask why he was there. I think she's gonna go visit him again this evening, but she is getting her 2nd shot today, so |zzzzzzzzz

Me? I'll just be working & trying to shake off this funk I've been in...

I had a drink just before I went to bed and I think that was a bad idea. I'm a little groggy today. Same old for me today. I'll be at my desk.

It raining here so I may have to resort to the elliptical for some exercise. I'm on a diet, y know :-p

Stayed up extremely late Saturday night and was up really early on Sunday morning (more like a 90 min nap) for no good reason at all other than I could not turn off the frustrations running through my head. Even with a couple of naps yesterday and a decent night sleep last night I feel like I'm in a fog. More sleep is needed.

Will go outside and work on the house as that does not take much brain power but I will stay away from power tools that can remove a finger or limb just in case.

I'm so sorry to hear that. Hopefully he will recover quickly as I know how close he was to y'all before he moved away.
