Re-Howdy folks :)

As some of you may know, I have recently gone from being Sarah_MaxCash to being Sarah_Fleshlight. I am now the head of affiliate marketing at Fleshlight/FNCash.com .

I figured since the board has recently undergone its own name change, it was time to get back to posting here more often.

Cleo 2011-09-30 01:25 PM

Welcome back. :)

Greenguy 2011-09-30 02:46 PM

You better post more often :D

housekeeper 2011-09-30 04:39 PM

Hey there |waves| how are the fleshjacks selling?

Sarah_Jayne 2011-09-30 07:27 PM

I totally will post more often. I sort of miss the days when there were a zillion boards for me to post at everyday but at least now the ones that are around have a better concentration of quality people.

Fleshjacks do so well..in fact..they are like my personal mission because I know how well they sell but I don't think enough people promote them on an affiliate level. In retail they are huge sellers..especially the porn star Fleshlight Boys.

When I was in London recently, myself and Tofu - another Team Fleshlight member - went into a gay sex shop and when they found out we were from Fleshlight, they went crazy and couldn't stop telling us how much their customers love the Fleshjacks.

Is FN Cash working with Stats Remote? I know the security captcha currently prevents it from loading stats.

Sarah_Jayne 2011-10-01 11:38 PM

The honest answer to that is that I am working on getting it back so that it is compatible with States Remote. I know that before I joined, there were some cyber attack issues that forced them to put the capatcha thing in place. However, I am working my best to get something worked out.

Glad to see your new gig Sarah.

How best do you think FL products should be promoted? banner sizes? Location? Just curious as to your opinion as I haven't ever really had success with FL. I stopped promoting them for that reason but wouldn't mind giving them a go again.

Thanks for the response, I have a friend who is a good webmaster and only promotes gays sites, when I asked him about fleshlight sales he said "ah..". At the same time I'm a member of a dick stroker site which features video's, cam chat, and a forum, and they have a whole section of amateur video's of guy's using them, so I'm of the thinking that they will sell quite, as you're pointed out. But I don't think it is limited to gay promotion, any horny guy would love to have one I'm sure.

It really is one of those products where it is doing to depend on what sort of site and traffic you have. We are doing embedded clips that promote the pornstar models..those have been working very well for the people that trialed them.

If you have NSFW traffic then blogging about the various types of Fleshlights works really well. For example, we just released a 'Freaks' range which includes things like a Cyborg, zombie, alien, Frankenstein and vampire Fleshlights. They are the sort of thing that people can 'talk' to their surfers about.

Now, if you have more traditional porn sites like TGPs, freesites, etc then I suggest going the Fleshlight Girls and Fleshjack Boys path because they are known pornstars that have their own Fleshlight model. We can get you content to use to make galleries, sites, etc as long as you are promoting the Fleshlights and Fleshjacks on the pages.

Send me an email to sarah@fleshlight.com and lets take a look at your sites and see how we can make it work for you. I don't believe there is a standard 'just throw up a banner' answer because everybody's traffic is different.

First off please note that this is NOT intended as a complaint or criticism. I am posting simply so that you are aware if the problem because it is something you need to know if your job includes getting more affiliates, and as it happened before you worked for Fleshlight you may not be aware of it. (Although personally I cannot see what you can do about it without a time machine, or some other way of altering the past, but hopefully you are cleverer than me).

When Fleshlight first started they were very "precious" about who promoted them. They made it quite clear that they only wanted the "right sort" of webmaster running the "right sort" of site. That put a lot of people's backs up, and as a result a lot of webmasters will not promote them under any circumstances. I have also heard other webmasters being unfairly critical of Fleshlight when talking to newer webmasters, which I guess is due to this as well.

Much better than giving Juicy Twinks your password to your pay site so he could say if you were worthy enough to promote it...

Sarah did you know the original product was designed for guys that had rough hands so they could get their jerk on?

Best wishes...

Sarah_Jayne 2011-10-07 04:16 PM

Well our boss and founder is am ex Swat team member. So, he would have understood working class hands.

Really though, the story of it's invention is great. His wife was pregnant with twins and she was told she couldn't have sex. So, instead of cheating he developed what later became the Fleshlight. It was originally a sort of Torso design (sounds serial killer creepy to me) and was then eventually given the flashlight casing because a friend of Steve's wanted something he could hide in his work truck.

Sarah welcome back to the board.

Just curious what happened with maxcash. I feel like you had been there for so long. Then that guy j$tyles was there for a minute and then was gone. Is that site on it's way out?

Sarah_Jayne 2011-10-08 05:39 AM

Max Cash is still great. I was there for normally five years and I still really like everybody there. I just was ready for a change and part of the reason I went for this job was that I don't have to pretend I don't think they are great because we aren't a competitor. Styles was there for several years btw. He still is connected to Max Cash.

ecchi 2011-10-14 11:52 AM

Two things:

Firstly a heads up: There is an error in the code on Fncash. At the very top of the page you have links to Fleshlight and Fleshjack, neither link works. I think the problem is that you are missing an http://.

Secondly a couple of questions:

1. International orders - I'm assuming you sell outside Spain, but there is no mention on the site, so many customers are going to assume it is not available to them and are not going to even try to order. Have I misread the site?

2. I'm guessing that your system identified me as British because I got the British flag on the menu bar. So why were all the prices in Euros? Does your site price in Euros everywhere? Or does your site assume that all countries in the EU use Euros?
