Just doing my usual stuff today. Canada made it into the World Cup and play at 2 pm EST today. I guess I'll watch it. We play one of the favourites, Belgium.

Back is still sore from Monday's treatment and my mood is shit! Was feeling better last week. Have an appt today so I'll ask them to move settings back to last week and hope this helps. Feel like I lost a week or more of recovery. Did I mention my mood is shit!
