I like it, your index and gallery one doesn't use mouseovers but your main.htm does.
That may be considered an fpa on your main.htm because it takes up the whole screen
Gallery two, your mouseover only displays http://www
Only one sponsor ad on gallery two, might as well use atleast two, most ll's give you three
I like the look of your site though.
Just a newb, more pro advice soon to come I'm sure.

I have never been a big fan of backgrounds like that... think they make the page hards to read and messy... but that is just a personal opinion, and probably wouldnt stop you getting listed anywhere.

Chris has given some good advice there... clean up the mouseovers so they are consistent across the site. The large add may be considered a full page ad as it does take up my entire screen. Prehaps try mixing it up so you have gallery 1... your ad and then gallery 2.

Gallery 1 - I am not a big fan of pics surrounding ads like that... once again just a personal opinion.

Gallery 2 could certainly have another sponsor link :)

most link lists have a minimum size for the big pics I think its 385 pixels on the short side and 500 on the long side
