Movie clips

Most link lists require 20 pics and the full size image has to be 500 pix on the long side. This seems to be an "industry standard". I would like to build some free sites with movie clips but there doesn't seem to be an "industry standard" for movie clips. Is there any way for link list owners, through this board maybe, to agree on how many clips and their duration that would be required for a listing? I manually submit to 160 link lists and I know that every one accepts 20 pics with 500 pix on the long side. It would be nice to know that one sight design would be acceptable to all the link lists. Anyone's thoughts?

My rules are:

Free sites with movies must have a minimum of 120 seconds worth of movies & the movies must be at least 10 seconds in length.

I think most link lists are along the same lines :)

My computer is so old and slow I can't view a movie clip all the way through at normal speed. (I guess the cache is too small, it plays a few seconds then stopos while it buffers more data)What file size represents 12 seconds of playing time?

Thanks!

I have no idea - LOL - I just play the movies & see how long they are :)

File size will vary depending on a lot of things.

Old slow computers… yeah on a paysite that I manage we are finding out that we need to put up movies at three different sizes so that everyone is able to watch the movies without them skipping, real pain in the ass.
