I was supposed to take my bike an hour and a half from here this morning for an 8:00 appointment. It needs a real tune up and that is the closest dynojet. Well, I overslept a bit :) Anyway, I will be here all day.

Taking my car over to the upholstery place to schedule getting both seats redone. Other then that just a usually day of building porn masterpieces.

Good morning peoples!

Well, my the BlinkerFluid.com car was one of the 3 to go on from his heat to the finals, so he got a big ass trophy & $100.

Another guy that I grew up with also was in the final 3 in his heat, so I knew 2 guys in the final event.

The BlinkerFluid.com car was beat up pretty bad & he died shortly after the finals started. But my other buddy did really good, until he lost reverse & couldn't find room to turn around. There was only 1 car left with him & that car hit him a few times when he was stuck & that wqas the end of it - but as my other friend's little girl said, "Hey, 2nd is better than 3rd!"

I have some pics floating around here someplace, but I got up there late & didn't get any pics of the car(s) before the demo started :(

Other than that, I've of course got a lot of shit to catch up on after fucking off all weekend, so I should be here all day:)

Ghost and Lliandrin

It hasn't rained on the east side of town for a few days and it isn't very hot or humid so I thought I'd go for a bicycle ride to the beach before it got dark.

Wrong… just in the few minutes that I was outside filling the tires with air I was surrounded by a thick swam of mosquitos. What was I thinking, it's summer, can't go out in mid afternoon or you get heat stroke and you can't go out in dusk or dawn or you get eaten alive. I think I must have over two dozen bites from the few minutes that I was outside before I decided that it was a really bad idea.

Remind me why I live here again?
