What kind of PR needed?

I'm wondering how much PR I need to rack up on www.fetishphiles.com before the owners of the more established link lists will take trade requests seriously. Anyone have any pointers?

I don't care as much about PR as I do about an even traffic trade.

PR just makes people think their dicks are bigger :D
