Ready For OCCash V2 Beta Testers!
 

After about a couple weeks of pre-beta testing, we are ready to bring in beta testers for OCCash V2. We are looking for solid webmasters that we know and trust to work with us. We have been working with individual webmasters to hook them up with anything they need to help sell better -- from free hosting, specialized price points, trials on / off, and custom graphics. We are 50/50 revshare (60% if you can send any reasonable amount of traffic), but are working to gather data to offer a flat payout.

What’s new? We are now running on a NATS backend, which is a huge improvement over using CCBill only. In our first two months running on CCBill only, we found scrubbing up to 30-40% of our sales and there is also the issue “cookie loss” for affiliate. The cascading NATS backend now tracks everything and is quite solid. Conversions for new affiliates have more than doubled. We will also have a few new sites that are pending Visa approval and free hosted sites for you to promote by the end of the week.

Security Man should be done with our free hosted sites by tomorrow. I read that's how most LL guys would prefer them - somewhere on this board - no pics on html, clean, and three galleries per site.

We have plans for some alternate configureations coming soon.

I'm game as well. If you want to send me the info to webmaster@smutlinks.net or via pm I will get the sites added to Smut Links ASAP.

Right on - because that is pretty much the angle we are taking on them. We want everyone to list em ;)

Then we will be escalating it a bit more for those that want to make the most of the listing by giving some options.

Also, not a moderater, but... XXXJay & his program are widely known, widely respected, and he has layed out what he wants and needs. You barely hint at what you are beta testing. He isn't going to be selling anything to webmasters. He will be providing them with more earning potential. You're beta testing 'something' that will mostly likely be a script for sale. That may have something to do with it.

3 reasons...2 of which have been mentioned already.

1. I've been a regular contributer to the board since day one.
2. I asked greenguy at the show.
3. Greenguy and Jim know that I plan to drop coin on advertisng when OCCash goes public in a month or so.

Also, I know most everyone on this board and I feel comfortable having them as beta testers. I don't need webmasters running their mouth that we suck when we are still ironing the kinks out of the program.

So how does the billing work exactly?

What's the original processor, and who does that cascade too?

I've never been real comfortable with ccbill. Hard scrubbing is a fact of life, but enough is enough. And with the cookie thing, well...

Honest answers, fair enough. Although i still do not think any of them are valid (other then greenguy's). And the only reason i say that is because every mod / board operator / casual user / follower has chimed in with the "post in the forum relavent to your subject because the quality of traffic you go to your thread will be greater in that forum." whenever someone posts some spam, they always get bombarded with that.

i am not trying to make a big fuss. i like this board because of how strict the rules are and it isnt filled with spam and other useless "would you hit it" threads.

i also understand, you own the board, you make the rules, you do what you want. which i completely believe in.

i havent slept in about 42 hours so my post may be a little incoherient. but i just want to say thank you for not trying to patronize me by telling me moving my thread to the other forum was some how good for my thread and it's quality of views, if that were the case jay would have wanted to post his in the other forum.

Bill you are safe - we are running through epoch first then down to CC Bill. Plus we are researching companies like 123 and maybe iBill to add to the cascade - the more the merrier.

As far as the cookies go we have seen quite a few "Bookmark" referring sales on our current beta testers which I am sure they love. We want you to get credit for your traffic - that is all there is to it.

Quick note: Due to a change in Paycom protocol - rebills are not showing up in the NATS stats correctly. Paycom is working to resolve this problem as we speak. The rebills are being counted by Paycom and it is only a matter of time before they show up in your stats. The good news is you are making more than what you currently see in your OCCash stats and we are rebilling quite well! Look for a bunch of extra money to just “pop up” in your stats for OCCash shortly. :-)

This is not just us - any program that uses NATS now is experiecing this.

Thanks for the heads up Pusher - the issue has since been resolved.

Epoch has been down for most of the night and is currently still not processing any sales. The join pages were timiing out and not forwarding to our secondary processor (CCBill).
We manually switched the primary processor over to CCBill about an hour ago and it will remain so until the problem at Epoch is solved. All sales are now being processed as usual.

First, I would like to thank everyone who has been sending their traffic to OCCash. We are working very hard to make OCCash a first-class program that will make you great money. After the first few weeks of beta testing we have made these findings and we have put the power in YOUR hands by giving YOU the choice of which option you think will work best for you.

*DEFAULT TRAILS ARE SET TO OFF* - We are still working on ways to bump up our conversions from trail members to full. We have REALLY GOOD member’s areas (almost a good as some NastyDollars sites) but are still finding conversions from trail to full is hovering around 20-25%. Retention after the first month is around 40%. So was have set as a default to partnership w/o trials $24.95 | $59.97, as this is currently has the highest EPC. You will notice a drop in the conversion ratios, but you will make more money.

*YOU **STILL CAN SELECT TRAILS** **ON* - If you like the trials -- fear not, that option to enable trails is still available to you. In your linking codes you will find options for both. We welcome you to test both and find out what works best for you. If you were happy with the trials and don’t want to change your link codes email me jay@occash.com {mailto:jay@occash.com} and I will set you up with custom account settings.

For those of you with linklist traffic we have a bunch of free hosted sites now available for you to send traffic through. They are available in the adtools section.

We have a gay party site, a teen video site, and a big butt site all slated to roll out in the next few weeks. Stay tuned.
