MatrixFan 2004-08-30 10:21 PM

Plateman, send him an email. He is real busy with some other business this week and probably did not have time to check the boards.

1freepornfinder 2004-09-02 09:37 AM

Sorry guys....
Thanks Matrix Fan!
It is the megapornlinks recip, sorry but it's hardcore.
I do the second level review, so some may have gotten by my reviewer.
Sorry!.... put me on a different page.... (same for all our sites)
Take Care....

Hey we do porn here not selling flowers to a funeral home, this is one of the stupidest rules ive seen around.

hows this

you go to your site and enter get to the hardcore section and bam there are hardcore banners, so they see hardcore on your page but as soon as they click a link they not allowed to see hardcore...whats up with that?

WE DO PORN FOR A LIVING MY FRIEND

Surfn 2004-09-02 09:34 PM

I must agree Murray. |shake|

Greenguy 2004-09-02 09:47 PM

I do agree with Murray too, but I also agree that 1freepornfinder has his own opinion as well & it's his site, so it's his rules :)

DangerDave 2004-09-02 09:53 PM

WTF!

Rejected for a "hardcore" recip?????????????

Sheesh.... even I am not that much of a NAZI! :D

What insane law/rule do you think you are abiding by????

No hardcore on front pages was a "rule" used by some in the late 90's???

Your sites your rules.. but.... I just dont get it

DD

Cleo 2004-09-02 10:00 PM

I don't get the whole no hardcore on the warning page thing.

Personally I'm very happy to see my recip on the same page as Murry's recip.

Boogie 2004-09-02 10:04 PM

I'm so damned proud to show up on the same recip page as murray, i made it one of my New Rules

Honestly, no hardcore on the warning page i can see where you're coming from but that's like 1997 at best. move with the times honestly.

1freepornfinder 2004-09-02 11:34 PM

Why even have a warning page then?
And do we supply 2257 info to the webmasters for the images used in the hardcore buttons?
Sorry, to those that dissagree... but I paid alot of $ for a lawyers opinion and I'm going to follow it....
Take Care,
Bill

plateman 2004-09-02 11:46 PM

Well Bill not to argue and I dont really care its your site - You have a warning page so the porn surfer has to hit your page first so how should it matter, most sponsor hosted stuff dont even have a warning really.. So an example I go to your warning page and click on one of your free links and get 8 or 9 exit consoles and most are sensored but this one
http://in.amateurxxxmag.com/cgi-bin/...2.index:A?sg=0

dont click if you dont want a bunch of pops it starts soft and goes hard

my 2 cents

1freepornfinder 2004-09-02 11:55 PM

most of my category pages are indexed so I get alot of traffic going straight to those pages.... and thanks for pointing out those last popups... I might have to rethink those links... :)

I don't get the whole warning page except another page to stick some advertising.

A warning page is just bs.

Maybe it helps flag all the surfer nanny software filters? In that case it's a good thing.

If they are on a LL they are looking for porn. They have already seen the LL's warning page.

Actually, it should just be called the recip page. :)

I think you got some bad advice from an attorney who is not aware of the law regarding internet properties/intellectual properties/databases. You only need to provide 2257 in regard to what resides on you pages. Not what you link to.

I'm not talking about 2257 for me.. I'm talking about 2257 for the webmasters using a link lists button that has hardcore images on it...

You're complaining that you get another page to put ads on? :D

Technically, when the sky does fall, since it is an image that you have on your domain, you'd need 2257 info.

Of course, what you do on your domain is your business & I'm not here to enforce US Law :D

Cleo 2004-09-03 08:40 AM

I would pay good money to see the US Attorney General try to go knocking on Murry's door. :D

Alphawolf 2004-09-03 10:14 AM

Complaining? Nah. Just typing outloud. ;)

koolkat 2004-10-21 11:33 PM

I personally think the "warning" page should be totally free of any images or adult content if you really want to push a warning page (kinda like the warning page for my site). But, who really cares... if a minor is going to come to your site, they aren't going to even read the rules anyways, and head straight for the porn. Besides... how many of us link directly to categories with our recip links that do not require the surfer to go through a warning page? The warning pages arew pretty much useless now-a-days.
