In praise of Webair/I was fuskered
 

Wanted to be straight up in that I am not trying to spam the board, but I wanted to tell about the good customer service I just got.

I have a virtual account with Webair. When I logged in to my stats today, I was dismayed to find out that those fusker people had gotten ahold of one of my sites. I was puzzled as well as dismayed, because I have .htaccess in place, and it had held off other hotlinking attempts.

So I punched up live support on my hosting, and the guy there was great. He spent close to 45 minutes going over my code to see how they were getting in. Don't ask me how they were doing it, as I am not really literate in that area. I was doing good to have in place what I had in place. ;)

Anyhow, he fixed it so they could not get the image anymore. Maybe that kind of time spent is typical customer service, but I was impressed once again by them. Since this is the 4th time they have went what I considered above and beyond in service, I decided to publically praise them.

So if there are any other newbies out there who want to venture into paid hosting, and need a place that will give you great support, I highly recommend you checking Webair out.

Use this board's search function and search for "htaccess".

or you can just email fusker, they remove the link and then tell them never to allow any fusker from your domain, been workin for me;)

it stops all my images from showing, something is definetly broke.
