(YAWN) Happy Back To Work Tuesday!

Good Morning Peoples!

I guess the weekend did me good, because here it is 5:45 AM & I'm already up & ready to go back to work - LOL

They're coming to start working on my pool today - I think I'll take one picture a day & post it so I can track their progress. Of course, I was going to do this when they ripped up my backyard for the new septic too :D

I should be here all day & the radio show is of course on for tonight :)

Good morning everybody :)

The power in our house went up again this morning.. seems like some wires got crossed and decided to cause some short-circuit action.
To fill my evening yesterday I decided to get out the PS2 and play a game (we had electricity in a few rooms for some reason). Started the game at 8pm, when I looked at my watch a little later it said 1.30am ... guess it was a pretty good game :)

Greenguy, please remember to push that record button this evening. I liked the 2 minute show from last week but it was a bit short :)

Good morning everyone!

I'm not usually up at this hour, but I have been having a good week work wise & women wise as well!

I'll be in & out of here today, learning & earning.

Have a great day!

Morning everyone.

What an exhausting weekend with the family up. Since the summer has been so crappy after everyone left yesterday I took the Jet Skis and Fishing boat out of the water. I just kept our pontoon boat in for cruising the lake.

It was actually kind of depressing to think that winter was going to be here in another month or two.

Andy

Hey Andy,

Don't get too bummed out. Learn to appreciate the fact that you have a family, a boat and so on.

I'm from Toronto and this past week watching the news about whats happened in Florida (twice! with the potential for a third called Ivan) has brought a tear to my eye.

I feel so much sadness for all of those people that have probably worked so hard to watch it destroyed. There have even been a few fatalities.|sad|

Be happy man...so what if winter is around the corner!

Trust me I appreciate what I have and also feel bad for those who live in Florida. I just live in a small town and winter means the whole town packs up and moves south for the winter except for a few of us. So in the winter we are basically in solitude :) Looks like I will be traveling around this winter, thank god for this job we can work from anywhere :)

That's the spirit!

Besides, winter is good.|bananna|

What other season allows you to spell your name like this --->|pissleft| in the snow?

Morning
It's supposed to be a busy day today around here. Ceiling and window replacement and such. I'll be here all day :)

Cleo 2004-09-07 08:34 AM

Good Morning :)

I think I'm getting use to my new sleeping arrangements, but my cats seem a bit confused by it all.

Anyone heard from Torn/Kat or Camz?

Got some more insurance calls to make and then going to the gym. After that it is back to work and I'm going to start editing vids for Angel's site.

Coffee is on

On-Rails 2004-09-07 09:07 AM

Morning Gang

Hope everyone in Florida is okay and have finished bailing out.

Cleo sounds like you and the cats got a little damp. Good luck with the new sleeping arrangements. Not to much damage I hope.

Good Morning!

Kids are back to school here today so noone to nag me throughout the day again finally. LOL

RawAlex 2004-09-07 10:18 AM

Another week starts... the college kids are headed back with those nice fresh credit cards and high speed internet access and no parents to look over their shoulders while they whack off to a lightspeed girl video... so get out there and sell! :-)

Greenguy, getting a pool in Buffalo? I grew up in Pittsburgh...don't you get 10 days of sunshine like we did? ;)

It's rained here (Scottsdale) only a couple times since the PHX forum...

Greenguy 2004-09-07 07:09 PM

I have a pool, but the tile is faling off, only 3 of the 6 jets for hte hot tub work & it's leaking 3 inches of water every week, so it's in need of some major repairs.

Heaven help me, I would love to experience ONE winter in a place like this (I'm sure once would be enough). My dad's family has a cabin in Green Mountain Falls, CO (about 20 miles north of Colo Spgs) and while the cabin itself is not habitable during winter, I'd love to spend a year up there (maybe in somebody else's cabin) just to see what it's like with only 200 people in town, totally depending on eachother for survival.

Maybe Mark Burnett would back me...
