Makes me feel very lucky that all that happened to me was a tree falling on part of my house.

Maria Del Carman Alcala of Belle Glade celebrated her first birthday at the Glades Central High School shelter waiting out Hurricane Frances with her family. Approximately 400 people are in the shelter.

Yeah we feel lucky, we had no power for 30 hours or so, but we still have no internet/cable and it's starting to really hit us in the wallet for not being able to work since Saturday.

Right now we are at Dan_CamZ to catch up with the news and get emails, but he has kids running around so we can't really do too much.

I know we are the lucky ones compared to others, but damn, we are going to be in real trouble soon if we can't work on a daily bases.
