Silvercash contact?

Hi!
Anybody know how to contct with silvercash admin or support??
I can't login to my admin panel adout a week and support ignore my letters((
Anybody know thier ICQ's number
Thanks!

Bill 2004-09-15 07:21 PM

I don't have any contact info but I feel your pain.

Their webmaster interface was always painful for me but now all I get is a white screen and they ignored my email also.

Just a half hour ago I was going to post a poll to see how many people were getting a fucked up interface with silvercash, but I decided to give them a day or two more to fix things.

Once long ago they said they were going to set up a faster non java and activex interface for people who didn't want to use a less secure browser, but I guess that's another promise they blew off.

The guys nick on the boards is "Yo Adrian" but I don't know his ICQ number.

Cleo 2004-09-15 07:42 PM

The only sponsor that I know with a Windows IE only interface. :(

neticule 2004-09-15 08:06 PM

yeah

I feel your pain also. I hate having to load IE just to check stats when i check stats for 20 other sponsors in firefox...

Cleo 2004-09-15 08:12 PM

Since I don't use Windows that isn't even an option.

I do have an old PC in the closet but somehow dusting it off, hooking up a monitor keyboard and mouse, then booting it up just to log into one sponsor's stats seems like a bit much.

I did change my user agent in Safari so that it says it is Windows IE6 and could log in. It is a big fucking mess, pretty much unusable.

Yo Adrian 2004-09-15 08:23 PM

triks, feel free to contact me anytime. My ICQ # is 316754.

As for your support request, I did reply to you earlier today.

For those with concerns regarding the need for IE in our Silvercash webmasters area, you can simply login to [http://smc.silvercash.com/simple]SMC Lite[/url]. All marketing tools, hosted galleries, free content and more are available through this simple html interface.

Cleo 2004-09-15 08:26 PM

I just love the message on ever page of the lite version.
"NOTE: You are viewing a "developmental" version of the Silvercash Management Console. At this time, the SMC-Lite may not provide you with the full list of services. To fully utilize all possible features within the Silvercash webmaster area (banners, site links, text links, exit consoles, hosted galleries... etc.), please log in to the FULL SMC."

Bill 2004-09-15 09:32 PM

Well, it's better than a blank white page. Thanks Yo Adrian.

Am I blind or is there no link to this anywhere in the faq or on the main pages of the site?

Kinky 2004-09-16 12:30 AM

every time I log into silvercash my computer freezes and I have to reboot it.... at first I though it might be a problem with my computer but it is the only interface that it happens with and after six or seven times I just gave up |sad|

Bill 2004-09-16 03:46 AM

Kinky, you used to be able to avoid that browser crash thing by clicking the "back to silvercash" button on the original silvercash browser window BEFORE you close the SMC window.

Crazy, I know, but it worked. Otherwise it crashed my browser setup every time too.

So far I'm finding the lite thing superior, but I haven't spent much time with it yet.

Kinky 2004-09-16 06:20 AM

cool... i'll try that Bill THANKS |shake| i tried everything i could think of and couldn't fix the problem... i logged into the lite version real quick... seems a bit better but it showed no signups so i didn't stick around too long :D

Yet another Sponsor with NO IDEA!

The SC admin has been a monumental fuckup since the day it arrived...

SunnyDollars changed theirs to be more confusing than any other out there..

One day Sponsors will realise all we want is the "materials" without the java and graphical bullshit..

I know I have not used SilverCash in places simply because it was too hard to get a frigging banner

Take home lesson:
HTML TEXT LINKS work just as well as all the pretty bullshit - and its way faster!

I agree 100%. I refuse to use SilverCash because of this and have stopped using SunnyDollars after they fucked up their admin. |angry|

Too many sponsors to choose from. No reason to use one with a fucked up admin.

Yeah - that's one pet peeve of mine as well - and then you have those sponsors that make you click 7 different things to get one link code & they have 20 sites to promote, so you email them & ask if you can have just a list of the link codes & they reply back as if no one ever thought of adding that option to the admin area |banghead|

I had one program ask me "why" I need them. I told them if they didn't know, then they were not worth my traffic :)

Bill 2004-09-16 08:01 PM

I also agree strongly with Dave.

It's a shame, I used to like silvercash as a sponsor. But it's too much of a pain in the ass to bother with since this incredibly stupid new interface.

I'm a webmaster, not a surfer, the last thing I want to see on a sponsor's site is activex and java getting between me and the information I need.

"We" have a business relationship with these programs, and any program that makes it hard for me to market them is just gonna miss out.. :(

Nobody has time to fuck around these days when you are in "work" mode.

.. and don't get me started on

"flash sites/introductions" ! - another moumental waste of time, bandwidth, sound, and money.

"naked women" in the webmaster areas! - they would be great if I was a sixteen year old GFY'er, but I have 1,000,000 + tits on my HDD already.. I surely do not need more. If I see one more program start up with Aria-fukin-Govanni on their front page I am gonna scream!!!!

"Rewards Programs" - Get real!... just pay us more and drop the rewards crap. Rewards crap has got to cost more in administration than it is ever worth.

'SIMPLE' RULES!!!.. - A program I helped get started - Outback Cash -
Link codes - http://www.outbackcash.com/members/l...hp?affid=ddave - simple, bookmarkable, copyable, with TEXT LINKS to other sections

Some big programs could learn alot!

DD

Cleo 2004-09-16 08:28 PM

I like Outback Cash's admin. Simple, fast, efficient, everything I need right there and easy to find.

Actually I can think of a bunch that I like. This is why I just avoid the ones that have fucked up admins.

Yeah the babe pics on the admins are just plain dumb. Do you really think your female webmasters fell like waiting for babe pics to load while trying to get our promotion stuff?

plateman 2004-09-16 08:40 PM

A few of those programs I make sales from and you soon know which ones to just use links from.. And ones that almost blow your woofer and flash bullshit - well those are just delete sponsors.. and a 100.00 min payout I think is bullshit and I seen one the other night that was 200.00 for usa and 400.00 for over seas.. Give me a break on that.. And honestly I dont like Outback cash stats, but OUT of all the rev share sponsors I got that program rebills almost like clock work..

As you know Plateman the stats come from AACSP..not actual OubackCash....I know that AACSP are working on them as we speak.

As for admin areas, well i designed all of Outbacks area. The secret is......an affilaite program run by webmasters who actually make free and tgp site. Over the years i got so sick of programs and trying to get codes, banners, ads etc.

All you have to do is look at one of the worlds greatest bands. KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid).

And for those webmaster programs out there that get ppl bitching about your affiliate area.

Call Me....I can use some extra work
:D
