GWB actually does pretty well in countries with very low literacy ratings. He loses badly in most countries that have a highly educated population.

Isn't it interesting how education effects voting.

That is EXACTLY what I was thinking as I scrolled through that. Now if we could only convince our fellow Americans that world opinion does matter. Other nations are fortunate to have a good third-party perspective of our situation since they are not influenced by the same propaganda machine. Europeans are generally much more politcally aware than the average American as well.
