I would say it is your banners that have what look like clickable thumbs on them. :(

ok refering to the please bang my wife one at the bottom of main.htm ? or the ads that are part of the table between the 2 rows of thumbs?

I'm not the one that original reviewed your site but when I looked at it the ad on this page was what I saw.
