Hi everybody,
I have a few questions which I hope you can help me out with.
1. Do you guys know of an affiliate program or some kind of provider that can setup 1-800 or 1-900 sex phone lines for webmasters outside of the US or Canada? Is there a setup fee?
2. What is the best, reliable, and most recommended dialer?

Also please feel free to send me requests for design and programming jobs. We do it all: flash,html,sql,asp,I mean everything.
