I think I might have a problem. Maybe Rand or someone like that has ICQ?

The best way to get a hold of them is thru their little email system - every time I had to do anything with them, they told me to use it (I guess so they can verify it is actually you)

That's reasuring to know. I'll give my email a little longer then (it's been less than an hour anyway).

Let me know if you don't hear back from ePassporte customer service within the next hour. They usually reply pretty quickly unless there are unusual circumstances.

I don't want to post my ICQ, but you can send me an email at Rand @ Paycom (dot) net if you need my help.

No... the problem is with my damn email client. It queues messages sometimes.

Check again, you should have it now.
