How do u promote "HARDCORE"

As some of you know i'm a noob in the biz...I've been doing softcore babe and teen galleries for about 2 months now......I'm on to trying something new like hardcore galleries. With softcore galleries I notice that u want to tease the surf by not showing too much. But with hardcore I'm not sure what to do....should i try to tease the surfer by exposing less or should i give them a piece of what a hardcore paysite is all about?? It would be great to hear about your experience with promoting hardcore, what does better or not. Here's a sample of my galleries please give me feedback = )

That looks like a pretty good hardcore gallery to me.

nice looking hardcore gallery you've got there komputor.

Nice galleries. But consider changing the font and the colour. Text links should never blend in. :)

Will exposing too much in the hardcore gallery convert tho?? I know it doesn't in softcore but not sure for hardcore.

I make tons of sales daily from hardcore.

One more hint:
make it a bit harder for "freeloaders" - your current naming of folders invites to get lots of free pics. Everybody knows that there might be a gallery502 before gallery503, and they might even go all the way down to gallery100.

I use alternate templates (1 day one sponsor, next day another - though: I never manage to post every day) and make the sponsor name part of the directory name - e.g.:
http://teensytits.com/40916kpc/free-000.html
http://teensytits.com/40919pg/free-000.html etc.

And block INDEX browsing! Simply name in each directory one gallery without recip link index.htm (or set up htaccess and your own 404 page).

We are a hardcore site and sell extremely well with softcore marketing... but there is a high likelihood that we are only able to pull that off because of the power of our branding.

However, we also choose to go with soft free content so that we can keep all our hard stuff safe behind an age verified process.

Not trying to tell anyone else what to do... but just letting you know that hard can sell well with soft.

I always use hardcore banners, softcore content (if available) and then use the text to sell them. Like you got 20 pics of some model in vaious states of undress, then you have 2-3 banners that show pictures of her getting fucked and sucking dick, then you use the text to get the surfer to sign up. "Want to see this babe get fucked so hard she screams, click here to get the full video" etc.

I think there's enough hardcore in the gallery for a surfer to rub one off. I'm all for hardcore galleries but you could always make a gallery with that starts with the undressing, and teasing, shows a bunch of shots of people having sex without actually seeing the penitration and has a few photos that show the surfer that it's real penitration.

The trick with hardcore is to get the surfer rubbing his dick without blowing a load in his pants.

This is pretty much the way we are going about it too... soft but show with text and soft pics that hardcore will be forthcoming... when the surfer PAYS!!!
