Content Theft - Be Careful !!
 

I just wanted to warn everyone that the man that runs
http://www.fat-forums.com (killahkreations) has been using
stolen content of me and another lady for 3 months now.
After having to chase this man down each month for our payment
(with him always having a different excuse for not sending it on time)
we finally told him to take our sites down! Well, 3 months later we
discovered last night that he was still using all the content in the members
area on his sites! His excuse was "I forgot to take it down." Now, I ask
how does a webmaster FORGET to take down content that he does not have permission to use
any longer?

Not sure but, I just found out about an hour ago that he was
also giving our free sets to use as promotional content...
He has since removed it from www.plumpercash.com
(I did print this out so I have it just in case)
I have also contacted his hosting company to let them know what has been going on

It could be worth letting a few content providers knowabout the content he is giving away.... some of it looks like content he doesnt own.... and its unlikely tha it can be given away the basic content licence

We bought some content sets that i think you are featured in, we haven't used them yet elisha. (my partner) messaged you on Yahoo to check they were bought legitly but we haven't heard back from you yet. If you can hook me up on yahoo i can show you some of the sample pics that we bought and i'll tell you where we bought them from.

I did message her back on yahoo...The 2 places she got it from is ok :-)

I wanted to update everyone on the situation.
We came to an agreement that he would pay xx amount of dollars for the content he has been using illegally. He said he would mail it on Friday (this past Friday) Friday came and he didnt mail it and he said he would pay it on Mondy via Ikobo. Monday came and he told me Ikobo wouldn't accept his credit card and he said he was sending it through bank transfer, got my bank info and said it was sent and would take up to 2 days (this is what his bank told him) . He also told me he would email a copy of the receipt from the bank and didnt of course. Well, its 2 days later..and close of the bank day and NO MONEY...I've messaged him twice about this with no response (in invisible mode).
