Removal from Blacklist....

A couple years ago as a newbie without a fricking clue, I got some domains banned. As an older, wiser, more humble webmaster now, I hope to get them slowly removed for use. I have not had a site or domain banned since, due having had some great examples over the years to get me on track. I hope I have earned another chance as such.

The first domain I have tried to get unbanned w/o success is rated-xxx.net. Can I get some feedback on how to accomplish this?

Go here: http://bl.usefulscripts.com/blocked/

Type in your domain name and notice you are blacklisted. You can appeal for it to get removed.

I did try to appeal, but heard nothing. I do hope it can be lifted though. But if not, only myself to blame.

The first site I hope to list is www.rated-xxx.net/blowjobs/

As you can see, pretty straightforward and clean.

Get a new domain name.

Make sure that you don't get hosting from one of the banned hosts.

Be a regular on the boards were list owners hang out.

Build quality stuff and follow the rules.

Enjoy the profits.

actually i'm in the same situation, entire host was banned.Thats why i've changed my host, bought a new domain name and waiting for DNS servers update now to start submit. But i still have a few questions to all owners below:
Can i use a new mail for submit? Is it cheating to change email adress after my accident? Or i should use same mail all my life?
thx.

You can change the email if you really need to. Use the same name of course. But once you do be sure to always use that email. Maybe even in the comments section or first part of description just say Note my new email address.

BrianXXX - rated-xxx.net is actually on there twice. One of tem I put there, but that was almost 3 years ago, so I'll pull it today. The other, you'll have to wait on the appeal :(

Thanks GreenGuy.

Is there a way to find out who issued the others?

I came from mainstream webmastering at the time, thought fancy was better. Of course, with a better understanding now of all the CRAP you guys have to sift through, I so much better understand the rules.

Greenguy 2004-10-13 02:51 PM

We don't give out the info on who blacklisted who - sorry :(

BrianXXX 2004-10-13 03:26 PM

Understandable. If you can maybe make them aware of it, that'd be great.

If I can return the favor of bl removal in any way (dunno how), let me know. I appreciate the help greatly.
