Google pr question
 

Hope this post fits here :-)
So having a mac I don't have any toolbar to check the pr of my new site. Someone recommended me this url:

Yesterday my pr was 3/10 for the first time, yay, I had a blast.
Now today I was up way too early and got 0/10..
Just checked once more and it is 3/10 again.
is this normal?
