I spent 2 hours in the ER tonight.....
 

Stupid me - I bent over to pick something up in front of the fire place & came up a little to quickly & WHACK! Smashed my head on the corner of the mantle - sorta like this:

So, now I have 4 staples in my head - sorta looks like Frankenstien, huh? :)

Jesus.. no offence mate but that is a pretty bodgy(crap) job they did on that...

Looks like they did more damage with the staples than fixing your lac... :(

once the swelling goes down and you wash it it'll look as normal as staples can.

Oddly enough, it doesn't really hurt at all. I did see birds flying around my head like in the cartoons when I did it, but I guess these pain pills the doctor has me on for my ass pains has been working on other areas as well :)

I should have taken pics of my head when it happened - I looked like Mankind getting hit in the head with a chair :D
