Whip'em Out Wednesday!

Hello! |boobies|

Damn Yankees |angry|

I've got my physical & piss test this morning, but other than that I'll be here all day.

I need coffee in a bad way, but I have to wait until 8:30 according to the nurse :(

MrMaryLou 2004-10-20 07:44 AM

Good morning all :) WOW me :)

Fonz 2004-10-20 07:53 AM

Good morning all.

So GG did you record the radio show yesterday? :D

Damn, looks like I have to spend $500 on my car in order to get it fixed. Ah well, lets build and submit some more to earn those bucks back :)

AcidMaX 2004-10-20 08:13 AM

Morning all, back to work after taking yesterday off for a funeral. Those things are always depressing. I guess maybe I will throw O&A on the radio this morning to try and cheer up :)

GG: Piss test, giving yourself random drug tests? :D

Cleo 2004-10-20 08:23 AM

Morning :)

I can't seem to wake up this morning. I bought a new espresso maker yesterday while I was out shopping for kitchen appliances and I'm not sure if the coffee it makes it strong enough. I probably should just start snorting the grinds and skip past the whole hot water part.

Still trying to decide what brand appliances to go with for my new kitchen. I like the GE Profile series but my friends who fix appliances say that Whirlpool is better but I find them ugly. I just know that I want stainless steel. Actually the Frigidaire are even better looking but really seem like POS.

They are replacing my wooden fence on the west side of my house today and I have a cabinet person coming by to give me prices on new kitchen cabinets. Also the tile dude will be here if my tile came in.

Morning
I'll be busy most of the day so I won't be around much.
Have a good day :)

CelticTiger 2004-10-20 08:45 AM

Being an expatriate from Boston I'd just like to say one thing

Go Red Sox!

Yes, but I did forget to upload it last night :D

It's going up now - says 8 min left :)

Cleo 2004-10-20 09:00 AM

A really big truck loaded with roof tile just pulled up in my driveway and is loading piles of tiles on my roof. Guess I will know soon enough if my roof will support all this weight.

It is all wrapped in plastic so it is a bit hard to see but it is suppose to be a mix of four shades and all I see is one shade. They don't really speak any English but he says that it is four shades. Then again my Spanish is so bad that for all I know I asked him if he wanted to spend the night with me fucking rubber ducks.

Ramster 2004-10-20 09:01 AM

Good Morning

Oh how I like the underdogs. First team to ever force a game 7 after being down 0-3.

Go RedSox!!

Torn Rose 2004-10-20 10:00 AM

I'm leaning more towards BoSox now, I forgotten how much I do not like A Rod and last night reminded me why.

XonAirCash 2004-10-20 10:07 AM

I never seen anything more ridiculous, than 2 reversed calls in one night.

Baseball always had that 'human error' aspect involved, and once a call is made by an umpire, it should stand.. thats final......

Arroyo was also blocking the basepath

Yell 2004-10-20 10:24 AM

Good morning peoples. :)

I hope the Yanks win but i have to say what a series it has been. First time in history a team has come back from being down 0-3.

Hey the Bills were 0-4 now 1-4 maybe 12-4 at seasons end?
GG & I BELEAVE |jester|

What game were you watching? It’s kind of hard to block the path when Arroyo was reaching in from the side and behind of A Rod. Turn on ESPN; they are replaying it over and over. How you can claim he was “blocking” the path is absurd.

also, A-Rod was just in his regular running motion, Yankees were ripped off.........

I would of thrown stuff on the field too, if i was there

XonAirCash 2004-10-20 11:31 AM

in the end it doesnt matter, it has to go to game 7 so Red Sox fans can have their hearts broken again.

Which one was the right one?

cockNballs 2004-10-20 12:25 PM

"also, A-Rod was just in his regular running motion, Yankees were ripped off........."

C'mon now

his normal running motion is to slap his hand around like a pansy?

Take off the Yankee shaded sunglasses and watch the replay again

XonAirCash 2004-10-20 12:33 PM

the point is, this is baseball not football.

Calls should never be reversed like that, the great thing about baseball is the human error aspect.

XonAirCash 2004-10-20 12:35 PM

Babe, where are you? we need you now, its time to wake up the ghosts

cockNballs 2004-10-20 12:39 PM

I don't mind the umps getting together to discuss what they all saw, maybe if the ump isn't sure what he saw he shouldn't make a call unti he discusses it with eeryone? NA i never want to see instant replay in baseball

"the great thing about baseball is the human error aspect."

I agree, me and my dad used to get in arguments about automated strike zones and take the ump out of the balls and strikes, I like the ump calling the balls and strikes

You're kidding right?

Both reversed calls were right. The homerun was CLEARLY over the fence. And A-Rod CLEARLY swatted at the pitchers glove.

Regular running motion? |haha

Besides they still needed to score again anyway to tie it.
