Good Saturday Everyone!

Good Saturday Peoples!

Well, I finally got off my ass & leased a new vehicle yesterday:

http://www.gmc.com/specs/specs_conte...vehicle=denali

I go pick it up today & it's "mine" for the next 3 years :)

The funny thing was when I told the sales guy that I wanted to put it in my company name - Greenguy Marketing Inc - and he got this very strange look on his face & finally muttered "You're not the....?" I smiled & said yes & then there was 20 minutes of talk about porn :D

That is a fine looking very big SUV. :)

I'm up early as I the man who usually takes care of my grass and bushes is coming to take away a load or two of debris of what was my nasty old kitchen. I got the last of the soffits down last night. I was planning on leaving the part of the counter that held my sink in place for a few weeks but the soffit coming down decided differently as when it came crashing down it took out the sink and what was left of the counter so now I'm doing dishes in my bathroom sink.

I'll be around most of the day as I'm way too sore to do much more then sit in a chair and bitch how sore I am.

Mind telling how much your initial payment and monthly payments are?

I'm spending a lot of time on edmunds trying to think what to get when I move down to florida.

I's like this:

But may (probably would be good to have more passenger room) :(

So, been looking into:

http://www.nissanusa.com/vehicles/Mo...,37815,00.html

http://automobiles.honda.com/models/...rDetected=True

Perhaps I should just look into ful sized SUV's/trucks like what you got though.

Oh, yeah- they Toyota Highlander Hybrid may be out by the time I buy:

Tax was the down payment & payments are $675/month.

The balloon payment at the end of the 36 months is $28,000 - LOL - but I have no intentions of keeping it - just trade it in & get a 2008 :D

That's not bad for all the vehicle you're getting.

I am curious about this as I have thought about doing this but never leased a car through my own company before. I have a few questions if you don't mind me asking:

1. What type of documentation do you have to keep for this? Mileage, gas receipts etc?

2. Doesn't the vehicle have to be used strictly for business? Or is it something the business is providing to you as a "perk".

3. How does the credit approval process work, same as a personal?

If you don't want to answer these publically you can email me at webmaster@smutlinks.net, I am just curious as the wife and I are in need of a new vehicle and I have been thinking about this recently.

Thanks,
Andy

Whohooo.. it's a BettyBoob Pimp-mobile!! (Boobsie's is gold) but oh so comfortable to my bighipz and her bigtitz.

I'm off to a stage and lighting show at the Sands today.

I had to go Mandalay Bay yesterday for a trade show.

I parked at the Excalibur to find out how long it would take me from there, thru the Luxor to the Convention center. Even with my spare ass er luggage, i was walking in the door 25 minutes later. This included getting asked questions by cowboys attending the PBR event. Yee haw.

So from the Luxor itself was like a 15 minute walk.

another alternative that is connected directly to the Mandalay bay is the Four Seasons. No casino but you just go up an elevator and wallah you are in Mandalay bay.

Drinks at the Reef Bar were awesome!!

1 - My accountant told me to just put everyong on the business - downpayment came out of the business account, monthly's will as well. Gas & anythign else goes onthe business credit card.

2 - Technically, yes.

3 - They put the vehicle in my name as President of my company, so they did the background check on my using my SS nubmer.
