also galleries are to wide ( I have a horizontal scrollbar on 800x600 screen )

what are the standard sizes to keep my full size pics within?

A lot of people like 640ish.

I use 640 and 70% of original pics.

500 pixels long side is the minimum... but my advice would be NOT to aim for the minimum.

More importantly the K size should be 30 - 60K(max)

Remember a large % of surfers are still on dialup

...as AW said 640 is a good size to aim for.

For me, the 1st page is what told me there was going to be a problem - the recips aren't centered & look very off as far as the page layout goes.

The I saw the gallery pages that were over 800 wide & deleted the submit :(
