Php redirect affiliate code
Hello
I wonder if LL owners would list a site with php redirect code for your affiliate code. It is to hide the affiliate code so that it seems that the link is on your domain, but instead it redirects to the sponsor. The reason for me asking this is the issue of ad-blocker programs out there and this seems like one way to get around some of the problems with them. Thanks |
Since most banner rotators use some sort of "redirect", there should not be an issue.

You can do the same with mouseovers, but then again, if it looks like a link on your domain, it may be considered a blind link, since it's not on your doman.

GG - I think Hedeon is talking about ad blocking software that looks at the URL and blocks it if it sees ccbill or ibill or something like that. In that case, redirecting to another page on your domain and redirecting would bypass the ad blocking software.
It's a good reason to use something like PHPadsnew to serve your ads because it uses PHP redirects anyway and would fool the ad blocking software. |
Ahhhhh - ok - I get it now :)
