Database driven / template using site manager?

OK OK...I use a variety of programs to manage a few link lists...and obvioulsy those are link manager scripts...

But if say, someone were interested in managing a site that had a single template but it was used on 100 pages and on these pages you wanted 2-5 different pics and some text (all sorted ina DB)......any decent programs out there?? This can't be that hard...maybe I've just been looking at a monitor too long....

This is sorta OK...but doesn't work out of a MySQL DB

Thx....

Well, what are you trying to create? Sounds like you want a web template that pulls data from a database? If you don't know PHP/MySQL then you may want to check out an outsourcing site like http://scriptlance.com/ . :)
