Promoting more than one sponsor on a freesite
 

I think I read in a tut by iggysick that he promoted a sponsor (non-pornsite) on his freesites besides the paysite he was promoting. The idea being that he wanted to give the surfer something else to click on if he wasn't interested in the paysite. Is this a good idea or will it just distract the surfer and lower conversions?
