Number of Board Users

Just looking at the number of users online, and noticed

"Most users ever online was 9159 on 07-08-2004 at 11:23 AM."

What caused this...ideas anyone?

I wasn't online when it happened, but I assume it was some sort of mad SE spider :)

How many registered users have you got?

If the spiders have different IP's, then yes, vbulletin will count it as a "user"

How many members is no secret - it's listed on the index of the board :D
