We launched this 3 months back and it's taking reasonable subscriptions.

I'm happy with the uptake. Any thought / comments on how we can improve?

I'd get rid of the 20+ traffic leaks on the index page & open up a webmaster referral program.

On the second page you have thumbs that leads to free samples... Each sample (large picture) has a banner under it that said "Thr Internet bestperil..." and leads to your join page...
I would replace those banners with some text like "CLICK HERE FOR MORE" or something... I think it will drive more surfers to your join page...
