I am using freeezinebucks, but it just isn't converting. Is there any similar freebie sponsors that are converting? Or download stuff, or ???

Email programs are not worth it anymore. Do the math. Even if you convert 1:50 that means to make $25 you need 1250 hits. Just about any program out there will do 1:1250 or better and pay you $25 for conzole free tours or more if you allow popups.

That said you were asking free stuff? TotemCash is okay for me, pay recurring. I also find the $1.00 trials work very good too. Many sponsors offer these.

I used to like the $1 an email for 404's, etc., used to do well. But it seems to no longer convert :(

You mentioned console free tours. Is this the way to go? Is the conversion much higher on these?
