was rejected with reasons:
* Overused content
* Content is in a directory above the one submitted

Overused content is clear, but I have question about the second reason – is it forbidden now to have pictures in different directory?
I always made and submitted sites which had natural flow - all pages (index, main, galleries) in the same directory, and ONLY pictures were in different directory - since today you were accepting such sites without problem :(

I'm not sure why the reviewer clicked you for the directory thing. Probably only meant to note about the overused content.
