New member and problems i'am blacklisted

Unfortunately I was put on the blacklist

I mailed the person who takes care of it yesterday
but no answer as far
I don't know how long it's gonna take to remove me from the list.
Can I do something more to be able to submit my sites again?
I am still learning so thank you for any ideas about my site
