I'm still seeking that good free site.
Please clue me in when you find it.

But you can surely browse the link list and see what's being
listed. Just read the rules and conform to them. That's the start.

Reviewers will give you about 5 secs or so to decide to look at your site further or not once they hit your link, and about a minute or so to decide if they like it or not.
