GM as for the host - You can use good freehost, most of TGP's accept it.

You can with some cant with others, the general reason why people wont acept a free host is that if you cant invest $10 per month into your business you cant be very serious about what you are doing.

If you plan to work hard then some sponsors will give you hosting on their server and cover the BW cost, you can only promote them and ultimatly deliver results.
