But has not got partner account.. :(

Did you try emailing him? That might be the best approach.

If it was epassporte then they do not let you know someone has sent you money like paypal does.

I can see asking what was up, if the details you have given are accurate. I would too.

But the manner in which you have asked is what I have issue with. Tommy has went out of his way to be great to me.

Since he clearly states on his page that this board is where you can find him for questions, I'm sure he'll be along to take care of you.

You know, it's fine to ask him here but, why would you even suggest that he is cheating? You could have asked several ways and to have mentioned the word "cheat" should not be one of them.

I think to "co's" excuse this is probably only due to the fact that English is not his first language, and if your vocabulary isn't that good 'cheat' is probably the only word coming to mind. I mean you see it used day-in-day-out all over the boards for people/webmasters/sponsors not doing the right thing...

No, Tommy is not a cheat.. I'm sure if you email him he'll get back to you quickly. Maybe it just takes a little time to get your account processed.

Very well handled! So many of us forget that the WWW is not just comprimised of English speaking countries and webmasters of those countries, but it is indeed "World Wide".

It's not easy conveying your anxiety when your grasp of a language is limited.

it couldnt be 10 days, when ever i get a partner account request I stop everything and set it up right then and there, I check epassport maybe 10 times a day.

I am sitting on two partner accounts that hasnt been setup for 2 days.

for the last 2 days I havent been able to get to my site because of a dns screwup and i havent been able to get my email either
