Is this acceptable?

Before I go ahead and get myself blacklisted I need to know if this is OK or not. Please check the bottom link on this page and let me know if this is acceptable. I know most LLs have a no FPA rule, but I'm not sure if this is what they have in mind. Thanks!

I think as long as it is one of the three out going links to sponsor , it should be fine.
But then, its upto Link List owners to answer.

As far as I'm concerned, you're welcome to use your 3 sponsor links per page to send surfers to "Bob's House of BBQ Ribs" for all I care, as long as they know they're going to Bob's House of BBQ Ribs. It doesn't much matter to me if you're sending them to a sponsor's tour or to an FPA. I can't speak for everyone (obviously), but most LL owners have a "NO FPA" rule which is intended to stop people from putting an FPA between the warning page and main page.

In this case you're telling the surfer you're sending them to a page where they can see lots of sponsor sites listed, so it would be fine by me.

FPA after the content is normally fine at most places :) But make sure you read the rules first :)

OK thanks. I'll pay special attention to the rules when I submit.
