How do people get away with this?

I was just looking around for new trades for my TGP, and as always I cross-checked other trades of my possible candidates -
when I came accross this site [before you click: I find this site totally un-acceptable!] Teen Port TGP -
the entire site is aimed at lol**a/under-a*ed surfers, yet it claimes "All images, texts, html used on this site are in compliance with 18 USC §2257 Federal Law"...

Needless to say I won't be trading with any sites where I find links to pages like the one above!

George I edited and made it a non url its ok to bitch about it but dont make it a linkable url to the site :(

...and how do form an opinion about something you haven't seen?

That's why I put a warning in front, and I'd say there aren't too many 'normal' surfers coming here to follow the link (or are there?)

I actually looked it up and teenboat.com is even registered to an US webmaster - makes me wonder even more so...

There's always been a whole sub-industry of illegal and crooked TGPs.

Webmasters hear about the big money being made by european webmasters with dirty TGPs, and the lure is irresistable for a certain type of get-rich-quick schemer.

They set them up on backwaters of the trade environment, and feed traded traffic into them a step or two removed from the "honest" trades. They download toolbars off of them and sell the eastern bloc paysites off of them.

At times it seems like half of the top 100 sextracker sites are nothing but illegal porn. I exagerate, but not much...

GeorgeTH - we don't allow links to questionable sites like the because if it is indeed illegal, us linking to it could be seen as a very bad thing in the eyes of the law.

o.k. - o.k. - sorry - now back to my question:
how does an US webmaster gets away with this?

Greenguy 2004-12-01 11:17 PM

I don't ask questions - I've always just reported the few that I've seen in my 8 years to http://www.asacp.org/ & let them handle it, because that's what they do :)

I love this industry and the possibilities the advent of the internet has given to everyone in general, but the downside is it has also massively helped pedos peddle their filth. |pissed|

And cos the net is so decentralized I do despair of ever catching many of these scummy webmasters. You may catch one or two, but in the meantime five or six more have sprung up to take his place. |sad|

There is a VERY fine line being walked by many sites these days. They specialize in listing only "petite" girls and very questionable stuff. They use what potentially is KP thumbs to get people to click out to other lists to pump traffic, and when you do get a gallery, the stuff is legal (but just barely at best). Many of these sites are only one click away from real KP, which is really sick.

When you see it, decline it, don't link to it, email the (american) sponsors, bitch when you can, report them as greenguy mentioned, and move on.

You can lose you mind chasing this stuff.

(In montreal this week, video testimony in court from a 4 year old girl who's father apparently turned her into some sort of internet "star", the sick bastard).

And n most instances, the sponsor encourages it. . .sponsors know that the way they shoot the girls and dress them up makes it easy for thumb TGPs to crop them in such a way that they don't look older than 12. Best way to get traffic to your paysite = make it easy for TGPs to trick the surfer into believing the girl is underage.

living in a country who dont do shit with cp and its legal to have sex with n 12 year old, i had realy problems when i just started this bizz, it seems i only saw bad sites ( he me a mom) i send them to the dutch recourses to report cp, but that didnt help, what i realy apriciate is the way how us laws handle the pedofiles, again yesterday on dutch telly they show how easy it was to trick the ducth girl on chat, i have notice myself, get in a dutch chat say your age is 9 and hell you get dozens replays, and other dutch mothers say i am to harch because my 10 year old daughter may not go in a chat|violin|

It's interesting to note that the big recent spending bill that was just passed includes some number of new millions to fund the porn prosecution bureaus of the DOJ.

Earmarked supposedly for "CP and Obscenity" investigations and prosecutions.

So, one would hope that they would use some of that money to chop back at these types of TGPs.

I admit it seems like a slim chance, but some good may come of it.

So then all these TGPs would be euro and third-world based.
