Yes, about being banned, I beleive I am banned at several places.

please first note, this is not a moan about being banned, I am big and ugly enough to understand that if i break the rules then that is my own fault.

What I would like to do is just talk about a- why I have been banned and b- possibilities of having my bans lifted.

I beleive for sure I am banned at many places that use this LL blacklists service url I have seen as two of my domains are listed their.
I have been submitting under a domain and email addy that isnt banned for my sites recently, but I use the same nick and beleive that those who have me banned know it is still my sites. Again fair is fair and I used a new domain/email to get accepted, and many places do accept me.

maybe more more and, but those bans where made a long time ago now then.

So I should tell you all why I have been banned too, well, three reasons I can think of,
1- auto submitting
2- wrong catogory recips
3- site down

So as for one I started using adamsubmitter, and it makes many mistakes and fucks up submissions when done on auto, so that mistake was costly and I have learnt the hard way how not to submit.
I still use adamsubmitter, but I use it to hand submit and generate my recip pages. It has taken me a long time to make the process work smoothly and I have over 180 LL and have ensured I have all the correct catagory recips in the database to use. If you disagree with manually submitting using this program to fill in the forms, then fair enough, I will accept my ban.
2- wrong recips, again this was a costly mistake and lead me to realsies that there arent shortcuts, and like I said now I have an extensive database with all correct catagory recips, so again, if you disagree with using a tool to generate pages with recips, even though they are the correct ones, then fair enough I will accept my ban.
3-sites down, well this year i spent some time in jail for a very old wrong doing(something I did back in 01 caught up end of 03, done 5 months in jail 04)
and although I made every effort to ensure my sites stayed up, I had no control over paying the hosting fees when they where due and hence they where down, causing all my submitted sites to be unavailable.

After all that So What? well I do want my bans to be lifted, I would like to just say that I am not a blatant cheat, trying to skank people and fuck up there efforts, I am just a regular webmaster who in his efforts to try and make econmic use of his time has made some costly mistakes, and hence learnt from them.

Richards Realm accepts my sites, plus SexySites, Lord of Free porn, webpornlinks, sortlinks to name but a few of my list of submissions I have given sites to since I have taken back up webmastering.

My banned domains are beavergirlz.com and naughtynylonbabes.com.

I have hosting paid for the next year so sites being down wont be an issue anymore.
i still use adamsubmitter, but not to autosubmit anymore.
I have made mistakes and fucked up submissions, but I have also taken a lot of time to ensure that I dont fuck it up again, so all I am saying is if you can understand where I am coming from, and realise that I am not a wanker out to fuck anyone over, then lift any ban you have on me submitting.

Again though, Fairs Fair and enough people do list my stuff, so if you genuinely dont want me submitting, coz I may have three outgoing links instead of two, or you just dont like me, well, it's your linklist and I sure will respect that and not only will you never hear form me again but if you post your linklists url I will make sure I never submit there again.

Befor I finish my "worlds longest rant" I would just like to say, at least give me some credit for even coming forward, as dont forget how easily i could have just regged a new domain on a new server and submitted form a different name and IP, and noone would have been able to link it to my banned domains, but that is out and out cheating and sneakyness and thats not me, i am what i am, like it or hate it.

have you been declining my sites from trailortamps.com, that example I listed I have also submitted to you some time last week, along with quite a few I submitted up until the end of last week, and still dont think any have been listed.

I don't show any submits from trailortamps.com in my admin & it's not on the blacklist, so I have to assume that the email addy you used might be blacklisted (or on one of the domians listed above)?

well no biggy, I am not sure what that cold be then, after I submit your form it goes to the next page like normal.

Anyway I can just submit from my other domain, I will have sites submitted as of tommorrow

Greenguy I would like to ask you, in your rules the only refference to banner/link limitations is rule 16
Pics that open on html pages are allowed, but you are not allowed to have more then 1 banner/text link on the html page.

Doesnt apply to me, but I tend to push the limits of links with usually three per page, do you have a problem yourself with this or still list me?
The url I listed above is a typical example of my sites anyway so if you think I need a different approach for better/more listings I wouldnt mind any criticism.

There's 3 basic rules on the top of the page that a lot of link lists follow & in there, it says that you can't have more then 3 banners/ads per page :)
