Epoch say Im a fraud

Omg, first time this has every happend to me in the almost 3 years I have been a adultwebmaster. A account of mine were terminated for fraud. Strange I never spam and cheat tgps ect. ect..
The account were from http://www.adultplayersclub.com/ saying "TERMINATED FOR FRAUD". So i contacted them, and reply goes:
Quote:

Epoch's Risk Management department has issued the following email.
account has been blocked due to fraudulent practices.
This reseller ID will not be able to process any further transactions.
And therefor he cant pay me the money I made with them before I were terminated. A loss I can live with.
But what happens now I wonder? Will they have my address and everything and blacklist me with all other accounts I have with programs that are using epoch?
Im shaking alittle here.

Will you be automatically dropped at your other epoch accounts? I haven't heard of that happening, but it's not impossible.

Will you be subject to more scrutiny? Probably. Not all sponsors share lists of suspect webmasters, but some are said to do so.

These days some sponsors have been known to "dump" webmasters to keep their formal positions with the processors within the right number range. So it might be that your account fell into a suspect range and they canned you to keep their numbers good.

So it might be worth your while to try to argue your case, because you might be in the "too many chargebacks" range rather than in the "uses stolen CC numbers" range.

I had a problem like this with a sponsor, and contected them. They said I had to many charge backs. But they reopened my account, without any problems, so far, knock on wood.

Or maybe it could be that some sales has noreff. Know that has happend before. Some days I use a popunder on my tgps for a fews hours. Therefor some of my sales has the noreff.

Was to trying to collect money for christmas. Its was only 288$ , could bring a better chrismass. or could it?
I might contact epoch, but fear they will search though their database for other account from sponsors I use. But then again if they are screwed too, they will find it anyway.

One day my account at nasty dollars was terminated.. when I called them they said I got ~ 50% chargebacks and 3% is max what can be tolerated...
Traffic was 100% TGP - in fact thsese days I bought few listings spots at thumbzilla and it was sole source of traffic. I was pissed becouse I paid bandwitch bills & fee for listing my sites and got barely nothing back when my ND account was closed. Since that time I'm I decided to use only rev-share programs with TGP traffic...

FoZzI 2004-12-04 10:51 AM

That happend to me too. But Ernesto were a cool guy about and after a few emails he reacvitated my account. And after afew posts here aswell.
Using revshare with Topbucks and there I have never had a problem with high chargeback.
But should I contact Epoch to hear what they say, or shall I just claim this one as a loss?

I think you need to contact Adult Players Club first. Those guys, I am sure, will be more than willing to talk to you about why they removed your account. If Nasty Dollars canned you once, and now APC, you might want to ask them to see if it is your pop-under or whatever it is so you can fix the issue.

Did talk to APC, they say they cant do anything, and the money is lost.
The ND problem were over 1½ year ago, when I didnt have gayvideotgp.com up and running, and never used popunders back then.

is it a substancial amount that you lost?

Even if a sponsor cancel your account, they should pay you all the money you made with them. And a honest sponsor would pay you also for the rebills(they accept the memberships and the money from it), just not for new sales.

just to make it clear , you aint gonna pay me the 228$ I made with your program ?

Adult Players Club:
i cant payout because when they do that they refund the transactions so therefore they cannot rebill so i dont make any money from it
Have no idea if thats true

if your sales were from real surfers, there is no reason to refund them. But if they were made with stolen cards, for example, then yes, he is right.

FoZzI 2004-12-05 05:45 PM

Find it hard to belived at all signups were from stolen CC.
