Someone stole my site

Hey anyone know if there is anything that can be done when someone completely copies and steals your site?

I run www.teen-porn-sites.net and some guy make a side called www.teenipussy.com ripping my site off completely...just changed out my affiliate codes.

What any suggestions?

You could contact his/hers hosting company

- Contact the sponsors

Yeah I spoke with his host, they weren't able to assist...but I'm talking to the sponsors now...they seem much much more willing to assist. Its just stupid, especially since my site isnt bringing in the bucks hahahahaha

I just found that my site was copied onto some freehosting.. i email the site to tell them .. the "thief" was stupid enough to copy it entirely including my little notes to myself such as <<----Holly Put new dolly name here ---->> |lightsabe Dork..

And quite a few other domains they have

Of course Im really surprised National Net wont help you - if you file a DMCA with them they would probably help out

I can't believe how slack some people are - this person even left your header graphic/name in place!!!

Look - this is where I stole this! |jackinthe

I had an experiense with ripping my site.
The only thing I could do is to change my design.
Even if sponsor close his account he will find other sponsor
Or just forget about this site, I dont think he will have success

thats a good point.
comment your code.

if they're so unskilled they have to copy,
then they probably wont delete the comments..

also, copyright laws include websites.
only takes $35 to sue someone..

Only takes a free DMCA complaint form sent to the host to have it taken down :)

what does surpride me is that when a site is totally stolen, sponsors and hosting wont work along, is bizz that bad they will accept someone of their webmasters may steal stuff from others, i have haunt a guy for 7 months, nothing i could do about it he stole my shit...........that point the net is bad, i had proof and he did it with other and still he was around, if he is now around i dont know....i am evil with that, i hope he has the most misrable life he ever had, and since i havent seen him, i think my wish came thru....................|roses|

We have been seeing this alot lately with other affiliates stealing another affiliates designs right down to the core, it's amazing how lazy (and stupid some people are), we have been killing accounts and writing warnings like they are going out of style this past month.
