Damn routing issue from Optonline making GG&J SLOW

The board has been painfully slow since this AM. There's 100% packet loss at one location along the routing to the GG&J server.

This boards always REALLY slow for me, but there is a problem with Telia and CV.net (OOL) which has been going on for the most of the day or longer.

I think OOL is pinning their link to Telia, not sure.

Yep. Craps out when hitting Telia.

But also core1-border1-gm.ATL.national-net.com is 50% packet loss. At least right now.
